Mana Hirata is a Japanese actress and voice actress from Tokyo, Japan, born on April 19, 1985. She is affiliated with the talent agency Production Baobab.

Hirata's path to performing began in her childhood. At the age of eight, she joined the Wakakusa Theater Company as a child actor, an experience that helped her build confidence. It was during this time that she became friends with fellow future voice actresses Yuko Sanpei and Ami Koshimizu, who had also joined the troupe. Inspired by seeing voice actor Mayumi Iizuka featured in the theater company's newsletter, Hirata decided to pursue voice acting as a profession. In January 2009, she officially began her career in the industry by joining Production Baobab, the same agency as her longtime friends Sanpei and Koshimizu.

She is known for her lively and versatile vocal range, frequently voicing young boy characters as well as heroines and even animal roles. Her first leading role came in 2011 as the protagonist Hajime Hinobori in the anime series Battle Spirits: Heroes. Her career includes a wide variety of supporting and main roles across numerous television anime series.

Among her many credited roles are several of those specified by the user. She voiced the character Ishiha in the 2022 series Raven of the Inner Palace. She played Kōta Kōka in both the 2020 series Cap Kakumei Bottleman and its sequel, Cap Kakumei Bottleman DX. In the Nura: Rise of the Yokai Clan franchise, she voiced the character Sannokuchi. She performed the role of Rizel Conchiglie across multiple seasons of Dog Days, including Dog Days, Dog Days', and Dog Days". She also voiced the character Ameba-chan in the series Picchipichi Shizuku-chan. In the anime Scan2Go, she played the role of Kazuya Daidou. She was the voice of Yū Kashiwagi in the OVA Otome wa Boku ni Koishiteru: Futari no Elder. One of her earlier and more prominent roles was Hazuki Shimada in the popular comedy series Baka and Test - Summon the Beasts and its second season. She also voiced Masumi Takaoka in the OVA Hime Gal Paradise, and Anne Matsura in the web anime Busō Chūgakusei Basket Army.

In addition to her work in Japanese animation, Hirata's career includes voice work in video games such as the Dream Club series, Stella Glow, Final Fantasy XV, and Biohazard RE:2. She has also been involved in dubbing foreign films and television shows, and has lent her voice to the puppet theater segment Fantane! on the long-running NHK educational program Okaasan to Issho.

Throughout her career, Hirata has maintained a close friendship with Yuko Sanpei and Ami Koshimizu, a bond that has been a source of personal and professional support. Her professional approach is complemented by personal interests such as holding a Level 3 Whisky Certification and skills in lyric writing.
