Takuto Yoshinaga is a Japanese voice actor, actor, and singer born on September 14, 1999, in Saitama Prefecture. He began his career in the performing arts at a very young age, joining the Himawari Theatre Group in 2002. His early work included child roles in stage productions, films, and dubbing for foreign films and animation. A notable early dubbing role was providing the Japanese voice for Victor Frankenstein in the film Frankenweenie.

Yoshinaga's career as an anime voice actor progressed from smaller roles to leading parts. His first main role came in 2016 when he was cast as Tsukushi Tsukamoto in the sports anime Days. He has since built a diverse filmography, taking on main and supporting characters in a variety of series. These include Arato Endo in Beatless and its sequel Beatless Final Stage, Shun Kariya in Hinomaru Sumo, and Ace in Puzzle & Dragons X. He has also appeared in popular long-running series such as Boruto: Naruto Next Generations, Pokémon, and multiple installments of the Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise.

He is known for his recurring role as Picero Agares (and later as Robin Balse) in the Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun series, voicing the character across its first three seasons. In 2022, he was cast as Doni in the anime adaptation of I'm the Villainess, So I'm Taming the Final Boss. His film work includes roles in theatrical anime such as Welcome to THE SPACE SHOW, where he voiced Kōji Harada, as well as The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya, The Princess and the Pilot, and the 2014 film Saint Seiya: Legend of Sanctuary. He also appeared in the web anime 40-Shūnen da yo! Coro Coro All-Star Shōgakkō as Ryukanshi Ace.

In addition to his voice work, Yoshinaga is active as a singer and stage performer. In 2017, he joined the Kiramune music label as a member of the vocal unit SparQlew. He has performed character songs, most notably for his role in Days, for which he sang on the ending theme and a character song single. His stage work includes starring as Rantarō in the musical Nintama Rantarō and participating in numerous Kiramune Presents reading live events, showcasing his range in dramatic and comedic roles.
