Shin'ichirō Kamio is a Japanese voice actor, actor, DJ, and professional magician affiliated with the agency 81 Produce. He was born on January 13, 1982, in Hokkaido.

Before becoming a voice actor, Kamio worked as a salesperson after completing graduate school. He decided to pursue a career in voice acting, feeling that the profession was a better fit for his skills. During this transitional period, he also began working as a magician, performing at events and magic bars to hone his performance and communication skills. He trained at the Amusement Media General Institute and joined 81 Produce in 2012.

Kamio's voice acting career includes a wide range of roles in anime, video games, and other media. He is frequently recognized for his deep voice. Some of his most prominent and representative roles include Kuro Kiryu in the Ensemble Stars! multimedia project and Rio Mason Busujima in Hypnosis Mic -Division Rap Battle-. His performance as part of the Hypnosis Mic franchise, alongside his castmates, earned him the 13th Seiyu Award for Best Singing Award in 2019.

In addition to these signature roles, Kamio has voiced a diverse array of characters across numerous popular series. These include Sonju in The Promised Neverbaly, Makoto Katai in Komi Can't Communicate, Leonardo Luna in BLUELOCK, Dubs in The Seven Deadly Sins: Cursed By Light, Koigakubo in Blue Period, Nobutaka Ban in Burning Kabaddi, Ruck in I'm the Villainess, So I'm Taming the Final Boss, Kōtarō Tokura in Adults Dunno How to Love!, and Tonori Fujinami in Cardfight!! Vanguard: Shinemon Arc. He also voiced the character Alex in multiple entries of the Sylvanian Families: Mini Story series. A major film role came in 2022 when he voiced Kaede Rukawa in the critically acclaimed animated feature The First Slam Dunk.

Beyond his anime work, Kamio has an extensive list of video game credits. He is known for roles such as Anton Ivanov in Zenless Zone Zero, Dumuzid and Constantine XI in Fate/Grand Order, Daigo Kijima in Hatsune Miku: Colorful Stage!, and Oboro in SHOW BY ROCK!! Fes A Live. He has also participated in the long-running children's series Thomas & Friends, joining its Japanese cast.

Kamio is also a stage actor and a member of the theater troupe Marufuku Bombers. He is a founding member of the unit KATARI, which combines readings of classic Japanese literature with contemporary music. His personal interests include boxing, capoeira, and cooking.
