Yuka Saitō is a Japanese voice actress from Fukushima Prefecture, born on November 13, 1986. She is affiliated with the talent agency Aoni Production. Saitō decided to pursue a career as a voice actor from a young age due to her love of anime and theater, and she also has experience in high school drama. She is a graduate of the Amusement Media Academy. In her personal life, she is married to fellow voice actor Takeshi Kusao and has two children.

Saitō made her voice acting debut in 2008 with a minor role in the television anime Antique Bakery. Her first major role came in 2009 when she was cast as Chizuru Akaba, one of the main heroines in the series Student Council's Discretion. This role also led to her participation in a voice actor unit formed for the show. She has since built a varied career, appearing in numerous anime series, video games, and dubbed versions of foreign films.

Among her most frequently cited major roles are Subaru Nagayoshi in the long-running The Idolm@ster Million Live! franchise, Lucifer in Umineko: When They Cry, and Subaru Satomi in The Irregular at Magic High School. Other significant anime roles include Misery in Gate, Yayoi Hayamine in Rifle Is Beautiful, and various characters in the One Piece anime series. In the realm of horror, she has voiced characters in adaptations of Junji Ito's works; in the 2018 anthology Junji Ito Collection and the 2023 Netflix original net animation Junji Ito Maniac: Japanese Tales of the Macabre, she provides the voice for the character Sayuri.

Her voice work also extensively covers video games. Notable game roles include Tae Takemi in Persona 5, Naotora Ii in the Samurai Warriors series, and Fran in the God Eater series. She has also voiced characters in popular mobile games such as Cantabile in Arknights, Aoi Oki in Blue Archive, and Pittsburgh in Azur Lane.
