Yuka Saitō is a Japanese voice actress from Fukushima Prefecture, born on November 13, 1986. She is affiliated with the talent agency Aoni Production. Saitō decided to pursue a career as a voice actor from a young age due to her love of anime and theater, and she also has experience in high school drama. She is a graduate of the Amusement Media Academy. In her personal life, she is married to fellow voice actor Takeshi Kusao and has two children.
Saitō made her voice acting debut in 2008 with a minor role in the television anime Antique Bakery. Her first major role came in 2009 when she was cast as Chizuru Akaba, one of the main heroines in the series Student Council's Discretion.
