She is a graduate of the Conservatoire national supérieur d'art dramatique in Paris, having completed her studies there in 1994. Her career encompasses voice work for live-action films and television series, as well as extensive work in animation and video games.

In the realm of anime and animation, Méry has voiced a number of notable characters. She is the French voice of San in the Studio Ghibli film Princesse Mononoké. She also voiced the character Meg in the animated series Les Quatre Filles du docteur March. Another of her anime roles is Marie Hanamura in the series Marc et Marie. Her work also includes the role of Okiyo in the film Pompoko, Nani in Lilo et Stitch, and Deb and Flo in Le Monde de Nemo.
