Pascal Nowak is a French voice actor born on October 6, 1972. He is primarily known for his extensive work in dubbing foreign-language productions, including animation, television series, and films, into French.

Nowak has built a significant career voicing characters in anime, the Japanese style of animation. His roles in this genre are numerous and varied. He is the voice of Jay in the Star Wars: Visions episode Tatooine Rhapsody and voices the character Ryô in the anime series 7SEEDS. His other notable anime credits include Ryuji Sugashita in DNA², Kyotaro Oshima in Gokusen, Seiji Ogata in Hikaru no Go, and Armbrust in Kiddy Grade. He also provided the voice for Dororo in the first French dub of Sgt. Frog (Keroro) and for characters in series such as Tenjho Tenge, The Slayers Try, and Last Exile. More recently, he voiced Prince Mâshi in the French version of the anime Bastard!! -Heavy Metal, Dark Fantasy-: Hell's Requiem.

Beyond anime, Nowak's voice work in animation includes the role of Pierre, the French name for the character Brock, in the fourth and seventh Pokémon films, Pokémon 4Ever and Pokémon: Destiny Deoxys. He also voiced Artie in the short series Pokémon Generations. His other animation credits span various projects, such as voicing Acer in the film Cars 2, a polar bear in Storks, Jack in Red Shoes and the 7 Dwarfs, Jiminy Cricket in the 2022 film Pinocchio, and the character Fartholomeow in a Puss in Boots short film. He also voiced a young Kerubim in the Dofus aux trésors de Kerubim series.

In addition to animation, Pascal Nowak is a prominent voice for live-action actors. He is the regular French dubbing voice for actors Zach Gilford and Eugene Byrd. For Eugene Byrd, he voices Dr. Clark Eddison in the series Bones. He is also well-known for dubbing Vik Sahay as Lester Patel in the series Chuck and has voiced the character Nick Burkhardt in the series Grimm.
