Misato is a Japanese voice actress and singer from Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. She began her entertainment career after studying at the Amusement Media Academy's Voice Acting Department. Her professional journey started around 2010, initially affiliated with Office CHK before moving to Production Ace. Since December 2015, she has worked as a freelancer.

Her voice acting portfolio includes a wide range of roles in anime, video games, and drama CDs. She is known for portraying Mana Takamiya across multiple installments of the Date A Live franchise, including the television series and the film Date A Live: Mayuri Judgement. In the series Upotte!!, she voiced the character Eru, who is the personification of the L85A1 assault rifle. Her other notable anime roles include Konagi Yawakaze in My Mental Choices Are Completely Interfering with my School Romantic Comedy, Kimi Satō in the Maken-ki! series, Chika Sakaki in The Testament of Sister New Devil, Konomi Suzue in Triage X, and Tamako in Kenda Master Ken. In the video game Kantai Collection, she provided the voices for the personified warships Musashi, I-8, and I-19.

A significant aspect of Misato's career is her involvement in musical units. Alongside fellow voice actresses Iori Nomizu, Misuzu Togashi, and Kaori Sadohara, she formed the group sweet ARMS, which performed multiple theme songs for the Date A Live and Maken-ki! anime series. Earlier in her career, she was also part of a unit called 'etoile with Airi Sakuno. In addition to her anime and music work, her filmography includes roles in live-action television dramas and stage performances. Beyond her professional work, she is noted for her skill in traditional Japanese festival games, having once caught 124 goldfish in a single attempt.
