Vini Estefanuto is a Brazilian voice actor recognized for his work in the dubbing of various anime series and films for the Portuguese-language market in Brazil. His career includes a range of prominent roles, contributing to his profile within the Brazilian dubbing industry. Beyond his work as a voice actor, he has also taken on responsibilities in dubbing direction.

One of Estefanuto's significant behind-the-scenes roles is as a dubbing director for the Brazilian Portuguese version of the popular video game Overwatch 2, a position he has held since the game's 2022 release. In this capacity, he also provides the voice for the hero character Lifeweaver.

Estefanuto has lent his voice to a wide variety of characters in anime. He voices the lead role of Wakana Gojō, a shy high school boy with a passion for making traditional Japanese dolls, in the romantic comedy series My Dress-Up Darling. In the action-oriented series Tribe Nine, he is the voice of Shun Kamiya, the charismatic and powerful leader of the Minato Tribe. He also portrays the character Lawrence Larry Jackson in the science fiction series Deep Insanity: The Lost Child.

His work extends to popular and long-running franchises. In the second season of the superhero series Tiger & Bunny 2, Estefanuto voices Subaru Sengoku, a young hero known by his hero name, Mr. Black. He contributed to the My Hero Academia film franchise, voicing the villainous character Serpenters (specifically the Ena personality) in My Hero Academia THE MOVIE: World Heroes' Mission. He is also the voice of Yuri Drewes, a court mage and captain of the third order of knights, in the fantasy romance series The Saint's Magic Power is Omnipotent. In the isekai anime The Fruit of Evolution: Before I Knew It, My Life Had It Made, he voices the character Florio Balze.

Estefanuto has demonstrated a recurring professional relationship with the Brazilian dubbing studio DuBrasil, which has been involved in the production of several titles featuring his work, including Tribe Nine, My Dress-Up Darling, and the My Hero Academia films. His recent projects include the role of Shin, a former assassin and the junior partner of the titular character, in the 2025 anime series Sakamoto Days.
