Gabriel Neves Ribeiro Souza is a Brazilian voice actor born in São Paulo in 1989 who has built a career voicing characters in anime, tokusatsu, and animated series for the Brazilian Portuguese market. He began his professional journey at the Dubrasil studio, which launched his path into dubbing for various productions across different genres.

Neves has accumulated a diverse portfolio of roles in anime. He is known for voicing Hokuro in the fantasy series Ranking of Kings and Shūmei Sasaki in the boy's love anime Sasaki and Miyano. His work also includes the role of Courier in the cyberpunk thriller Akudama Drive and Ares Srowa in the fantasy series Banished From The Heroes' Party. In the isekai genre, he voiced Skargo in In the Land of Leadale and Siegfried Marquez in Wise Man's Grandchild. His film work includes providing the voice for Diabel in the theatrical release Sword Art Online the Movie -Progressive- Aria of a Starless Night. Beyond these credits, his career encompasses roles in long-running and popular series such as Naruto Shippuden, where he voiced Juugo, as well as Attack on Titan, Haikyū!!, Soul Eater, and Seraph of the End.

In addition to anime, Neves has an extensive body of work in tokusatsu, a genre of Japanese live-action film and television that often features superheroes. He voiced the protagonist Shinji Kaminaga, the character who transforms into Ultraman, in the film Shin Ultraman. He has also been involved with the Power Rangers franchise, voicing Devon Daniels, the Red Ranger, in Power Rangers: Morfagem Feroz. His contributions to the Kamen Rider franchise include voicing Isamu Fuwa, also known as Kamen Rider Vulcan, in the film Kamen Rider Zero-One: REAL×TIME. He later returned to the franchise to voice the villain Nox in the series Kamen Rider Zeztz.
