Hiroyuki Kagura, also known since 2022 as Kitsune Kagura, is a Japanese voice actor born on December 24, 1989, in Hyogo Prefecture, Japan. He began his career after training at the Japan Narration Acting Institute and was initially affiliated with the talent agency I'm Enterprise from April 2012. At the end of 2019, he left the agency to work as a freelancer, and in April 2024, he became affiliated with the agency Nexeed.

Kagura is known for his energetic performances and his native Kansai dialect. His debut in a leading role was in the web anime TURNOVER, playing the character Shota. His first major recurring role in a television anime was as Kenji Miyazawa in the popular series Bungo Stray Dogs, a character he has voiced across multiple seasons and the film Bungo Stray Dogs: Dead Apple. He also reprised this role for the chibi-style spin-off, Bungo Stray Dogs Wan. This performance is one of his most recognized works.

In addition to his work in the Bungo Stray Dogs franchise, Kagura has voiced several other notable characters. He plays Kyosuke Momoi in the idol-themed series I★CHU: Halfway Through The Idol, a role that originated in the franchise's video game. He is also the voice of Corail, a prince from the Country of Coral, in the television animation 100 Sleeping Princes and the Kingdom of Dreams: The Animation, which is based on a popular smartphone game.

His other significant anime roles include Ryo Nishimiya in Sanrio Boys, Christopher Lowe in Cardfight!! Vanguard G, and Ryo Sugisawa in King's Game The Animation. He has also appeared in supporting roles in widely watched series such as Mob Psycho 100, Dr. STONE, and Blend S. Beyond anime, Kagura has an extensive body of work in video games, lending his voice to characters in popular titles like Granblue Fantasy and the Shironeko Project. He is also active in dubbing foreign films and series for the Japanese market.
