Vagner Santos was a Brazilian voice actor, born in São Paulo on May 27, 1965. He began his career in dubbing in 2000, working at studios such as Parisi Vídeo, Centauro, and Lexx, where he initially worked as a narrator for various films and series. In addition to voice acting, he also worked as a dubbing director, collaborating with fellow actor Alexandre Soares on the series Gypsy at Tempo Filmes. He passed away on June 29, 2016, in São Paulo.

Santos was a prolific voice actor in anime dubbing for the Brazilian market, contributing to several popular franchises. He is recognized for his work in the Bakugan series, where he voiced multiple characters across different installments. In Bakugan: Battle Brawlers, he provided voices for Shuji, Tatsuo Misaki, and the grandfather of the character Shun. He continued in Bakugan: New Vestroia as Kato and returned to the role of Tatsuo Misaki. In Bakugan: Gundalian Invaders, he again voiced Kato, and in Bakugan: Mechtanium Surge, he voiced both Kato and the character Damdos. He also had a role in the Bakugan: Mechtanium Surge cast as Zaba in a 2010 television series.

In the series Dinosaur King, Santos voiced the character Jonathan in the sixth episode and was also the first voice for Dr. Drake, a recurring parental figure in the series. He contributed to the Pokémon franchise, voicing the character Ravine in the 2011 films Pokémon the Movie: White - Victini and Zekrom and Pokémon the Movie: Black - Victini and Reshiram.

His other notable anime roles include voicing the male half of the dual-gendered antagonist Baron Ashura in the classic series Mazinger Z, a role he shared with fellow Brazilian voice actor Denise Reis, who voiced the female half. He also voiced the character Lúcifer in the animated film Dante's Inferno: An Animated Epic. Beyond these, his extensive body of work includes roles in a wide range of animated productions, such as providing the voice for T.J. in A Hora do Recreio (Recess), Dende in Dragon Ball Z, and Bulk Biceps in My Little Pony: O Filme (My Little Pony: The Movie).
