Tiziana Avarista is an Italian voice actress and dubbing director, born in Genoa on December 10, 1962. She began her artistic career as a theatre actress, making her stage debut at the age of twelve and becoming steadily active in theatre from the age of fourteen. In addition to her voice work, she has also appeared in film and theatre productions as an actress and is active as a dubbing instructor.

Avarista is highly renowned in the Italian dubbing industry, primarily for being the official Italian voice of numerous international film actresses. Her extensive roster includes Salma Hayek, Sally Hawkins, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Marisa Tomei, and Lucy Liu. She has also dubbed actresses such as Elizabeth Banks, Kate Beckinsale, Anne Hathaway, and Winona Ryder in various films. Her television voice work is equally prominent, with long-running roles including Jorja Fox in CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Robin Tunney in The Mentalist, and Paget Brewster in Criminal Minds. She has also voiced characters in popular series like Lauren Tom in Friends.

Within the realm of animation and anime, Avarista has lent her voice to a wide variety of characters. In the Studio Ghibli film My Neighbors the Yamadas, she voices the mother, Matsuko Yamada.
