Kumiko Ikebe is a Japanese voice actress born on October 23, 1984, in Hyogo Prefecture, Japan. She is a graduate of the design and fine arts department at Osaka University of Arts Junior College and is a 23rd-term graduate of the Aoni Juku Osaka school. She is currently affiliated with the talent agency Across Entertainment.

Ikebe began her professional voice acting career in 2008, initially as a junior member of Aoni Production. After leaving Aoni Production in December 2010, she worked as a freelance voice actress for approximately three years. In December 2013, she joined her current agency, Across Entertainment.

Her early anime roles included minor characters in series such as Shugo Chara! and Guin Saga. One of her first major roles came in 2009 when she voiced the character Tamao Kijima in the television anime series Anyamaru Tantei Kiruminzū. In 2014, she was cast as Kyoko Sanjo in the television anime Inari, Konkon, Koi Iroha, a role she also reprised for an OVA released the same year. Her other notable anime roles from that year include Azuki Hie in Magica Wars. More recently, she voiced the character Hiiragi in the 2017 television anime Konohana Kitan. She has also performed in web anime, such as the role of Majime-kun in 40-Shūnen da yo! Coro Coro All-Star Shōgakkō.

In addition to her work in anime, Ikebe has an extensive portfolio of voice roles in video games. Her game credits include Wendy Cheslock in Valkyria Chronicles, Miki Yoshinaga in Another Time Another Leaf: Mirror of Detective, Eiko Miyoshi in New LovePlus, and characters in the Yakuza series, including Yakuza 5 and Yakuza Ishin. She has also contributed voices to titles such as Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology 3 and Nier Replicant.

Beyond animation and games, Ikebe's career encompasses a range of other voice work. She has performed narration for television programs, including Hanadai no Shiritai! Saturday on BS Fuji. She has also appeared in radio dramas, provided voices for digital comics known as VOMIC, and participated in various audio drama CDs. In 2008, she was part of the musical unit Pasuterudoroppu and has performed songs for children's television programs.
