Born in Strasbourg, she has been highly active in providing French voices for a wide array of characters in both live-action films and television series, as well as animation.

In the realm of live-action dubbing, Noël is particularly recognized as the regular French voice for several actresses, including Margo Martindale, Majel Barrett, and Joey Lauren Adams. Her voice work in this field spans numerous films and television shows, such as Martindale's roles in series like Justified, The Americans, and The Good Fight.
