GX, and Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's. He is also credited in series like The Gokusen, Midori Days, Samurai Deeper Kyo, and Ultimate Muscle. In addition to anime, he has voiced characters in related media, including the role of Raphael in the animated film Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles Forever and as Timmy in the Winx Club animated series.

Throughout his voice acting career, Arcelus has frequently collaborated with a consistent group of fellow New York-based voice actors.
