Hisako Tōjō is a Japanese voice actress born on August 21, 1990, in Saitama Prefecture. She is affiliated with the talent agency Early Wing. Her interest in voice acting was sparked by an older sister who loved anime and aimed to become a voice actor themselves. During her fifth-grade year, she joined a children's theater company at a friend's invitation. While her passion for performance grew through her experiences in junior high school cultural festival dramas, she initially aspired to be a stage actress before ultimately deciding to pursue voice acting to participate in the worlds of anime she loved. After high school, she enrolled in a vocational school and was scouted during an audition by staff from Early Wing's training school, leading to her current representation.

Tōjō began her professional career in 2012 and has built a substantial portfolio of roles across anime, video games, and other media. Her early work included the role of Kana in the series Haitai Nanafa. She has taken on a variety of characters in television anime, demonstrating her range. Some of her notable roles include Shōko Nagisa in Healer Girl, Misaki Yoshizaki in Ancient Girl's Frame, China Yoneyama in PuraOre! Pride of Orange, Astaroth in Ulysses: Jeanne d'Arc and the Alchemist Knight, and Toshika Jin across multiple seasons of Yatogame-chan Kansatsu Nikki.
