Michael Donovan is a Canadian voice actor and voice director with a career spanning several decades, known for his extensive work in English-language dubs of anime and Western animation. He was born Michael David Donovan on June 12, 1953, in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

His career in voice acting began in the mid-1980s, and he has since lent his talents to numerous series, often providing voices for multiple characters within a single production. Donovan is particularly well-regarded in the anime community for his work on some of the most popular series dubbed in North America during the 1990s and 2000s. A prominent example of his work is his portrayal of the perpetually lost martial artist Ryoga Hibiki, as well as his cursed pig form P-chan, in the beloved series Ranma ½. He also played a significant role in the anime Ronin Warriors, voicing not one but two of the primary characters: the water-wielding Cye Mouri (Cye of the Torrent) and Sage Date (Sage of the Halo) in its various iterations, including Ronin Warriors: Gaiden and Ronin Warriors: Message.

Beyond these foundational roles, Donovan's anime filmography is diverse. He is the English voice of the villainous patriarch Zouken Matou in the Fate/stay night Heaven's Feel film trilogy, specifically in Heaven's Feel II. lost butterfly and Heaven's Feel III. spring song.
