Jessica Ortiz is a Mexican voice actress born on January 11 in Mexico City, recognized for her extensive work in Latin American Spanish dubbing for film, television, and animation. She began her career in dubbing in 1996 after seeking training from Gabriel Cobayassi at a studio established within the talent agency where she was already working as a voiceover artist. Over her career, she has become known as the regular Spanish dubbing voice for several prominent actresses, including Drew Barrymore, Jessica Alba, Michelle Monaghan, and Anna Paquin across numerous film projects. She is also the voice of actress Gal Gadot as Diana Prince / Wonder Woman in the DC Films universe, starting with Batman vs Superman: El Origen de la Justicia.

In animation and anime, Ortiz provided the voice for the character Shion in the anime series Asobotto Senki Goku, known as Monkey Typhoon or Bandidos en el Tiempo for its Latin American broadcast. Her other notable anime and animated roles include Maud Pie in My Little Pony: La magia de la amistad and Tauriel in the animated adaptations of The Hobbit films. She has also lent her voice to the Marvel and Star Wars universes, such as the character Asajj Ventress. Beyond character work, she has served as the staff announcer for Disney Junior Latin America and has been a featured voice personality on Mexican television, notably as "La Jefa" on the TV Azteca morning program Venga la Alegría.
