Misako Tomioka is a Japanese voice actress born on August 13, 1988, in Kochi Prefecture, Japan. She is affiliated with the talent agency Across Entertainment. Tomioka began her career after graduating from the Aoni Juku training school in Tokyo as part of its 28th class. From April 2008 to the end of 2011, she was a junior member of Aoni Production before working as a freelancer. She joined Across Entertainment in July 2012.

Her filmography includes a wide range of roles in anime television series. She is known for her long-running role as Maria Himesato in the Aikatsu! franchise, appearing in the original Aikatsu! series, the film Aikatsu! The Movie, Aikatsu on Parade!, and related video games. In the Duel Masters franchise, she has voiced multiple characters across various series, including Helen, Arisugawa Alice, and Totento. Other notable anime roles include Puchitoma-chan in Shokupan Mimi, Hina Yakumo in Magica Wars, Puroro in Gon, and Mimii in Go! Go! Vehicle Zoo.

Tomioka's career also features roles in major productions. She played Kurenai and the mass-produced Kurenai units in BEATLESS, Dominante Code in Black Clover, and Tokie in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. Her other television credits include ACCA: 13-Territory Inspection Dept., One-Punch Man, and Haikyu!!. In addition to animation, she has contributed her voice to numerous video games such as the Aikatsu! games, Schoolgirl Strikers, White Cat Project, and Idol Incidents.

Beyond anime and games, Tomioka's work includes narration for anime like My Dress-Up Darling, as well as roles in radio dramas, audio dramas, and motion comics. She has also performed as part of a duo unit called Chocolate Classic.
