Dagmar Bittner is a German voice actress and speaker, born in 1981 in Nuremberg, Germany. Before establishing her career as a voice artist, she completed a Magister Artium degree in Archaeology and Education Science and worked as a publishing editor. Since becoming self-employed as a speaker and actress in 2010, she has built an extensive portfolio encompassing over 300 audiobooks and a similar number of radio plays, along with numerous roles in dubbing for film, television, and video games.

In the realm of anime and animation dubbing, Bittner has voiced a variety of characters. One of her most prominent roles is Liliruca Arde in the German dub of the popular franchise Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?, also known as DanMachi. She took over this role starting with the second season of the main series and the film DanMachi: Arrow of the Orion, which were dubbed by the studio LAB SIX. She has continued to voice the character in subsequent seasons, including the fourth. Her other notable anime roles include Sheele in Akame ga Kill!, Ikuno in Darling in the FranXX, Pham Thi Lan in Schwarzesmarken, and Valerie in Pokémon.

Beyond anime, Bittner's voice work is extensive. In the world of video games, she is known for her roles in the Final Fantasy XV universe, voicing Aera Mirus Fleuret, as well as characters in Marvel Heroes and Elsword Online. She has also lent her voice to live-action series, for instance as Jo Grant, the companion of the Third Doctor, in the German version of Doctor Who, and as Samantha Stewart in Inspektor Foyle.

A significant and highly successful part of Bittner's career is her work as an audiobook narrator. Her narrations have garnered considerable recognition and awards. She won the Lovelybooks Community Award in the 2023 category for Audiobook with her reading of Fourth Wing by Rebecca Yarros, which was also the most-listened-to audiobook on the streaming platform Bookbeat that same year. Another of her audiobooks, Strangeworlds 2 – Die Reise ans Ende der Welt, placed third in the 2022 Kinderhörbuch-Publikumspreis (Children's Audiobook Audience Award) of the German Book Trade. She also narrated the German version of Jennette McCurdy's bestselling memoir I'm Glad My Mom Died.

In addition to her voice work in studios, Bittner has remained active in performance. In her hometown of Nuremberg, she was a regular performer, author, and director with the theater ensemble Das Brauherrentheater from 2010 to 2019. She also participates in live radio play performances and has served as a juror for the "Hört! Hört!" youth radio play competition.
