Inez Günther is a German voice actress, dialogue writer, and dialogue director, born on January 20, 1956, in Munich. She began her career in voice acting as a child, a path influenced by her parents, who both worked in the film industry. Over the decades, she has become a prominent and prolific figure in German dubbing, lending her voice to hundreds of characters in animation and live-action productions.

Her extensive work in anime and animation includes a wide variety of notable roles. She provided the German voice for the character Blinki in the 1974 anime series Hoshi no Ko Chobin. In the classic series Hana no Ko Lunlun, she is credited as the second German voice for the cat character Catie, also known as Cateau. Her other anime roles include the title character in the Mumin franchise, Demetan in The Brave Frog, and Pixi in Andersen Monogatari. She also voiced Sheila in the anime Sindbad and the character Daunenfein in the beloved series The Wonderful Adventures of Nils. In addition to these, her voice can be heard in major franchises such as Sailor Moon, where she took over the role of Bunny Tsukino (Sailor Moon) from the second season onward, and in One Piece, where she voiced multiple characters including Okta, Corby, and Miss Merry Christmas. Her work also extends to Western animation, with credits including Skeeter in Muppet Babies, Gosalyn in Darkwing Duck, and Martin Prince in The Simpsons during its second and third seasons.

Beyond performing as a voice actor, Inez Günther has also contributed significantly to the field as a dialogue book writer and dialogue director.
