Anke Reitzenstein is a German actress and voice actor, born on December 17, 1961, in Göttingen. She is considered one of the most active German voice actors, having lent her voice to well over a thousand roles in film, television, and animation. Her career in voice work began during her private acting training, and she gained early recognition for dubbing the role of Officer Judy Hoffs in the series 21 Jump Street.

Reitzenstein's voice is known for its characteristic low and assertive quality, which has made her the established German voice for a wide range of prominent actresses. Her most notable and long-standing recurring collaborations include dubbing Chandra Wilson as Dr. Miranda Bailey in Grey's Anatomy since the series began, and Jeri Ryan as Seven of Nine in Star Trek: Voyager and later Star Trek: Picard. She is also the primary German voice for Melissa McCarthy, having voiced her in numerous productions including Gilmore Girls, Mike & Molly, Spy, and Ghostbusters. Other actresses she regularly dubs include Angela Bassett, Ashley Judd, and Julianna Margulies.
