Oscar Seung is an American voice actor affiliated with Funimation Entertainment, known for his work in English dubs of anime series. Based in Dallas, Texas, he is a multifaceted performer with a background as an opera singer, violinist, pianist, and conductor.

Seung's career in voice acting encompasses a wide range of roles. He provided the voice for Thomas Grey, Marquess of Dorset, in the English adaptation of the anime Requiem of the Rose King.
