Carlos Enrique Bonilla is a Mexican actor and broadcaster with over twenty years of experience in dubbing and commercial voice-over, having worked in the industry since at least 1994. His career encompasses voice acting for animation and live-action series, dubbing direction for telenovelas, and commercial locution.

In the realm of anime dubbing for the Latin American Spanish market, Bonilla is recognized for several prominent roles. He provided the voice for the character Number Zero, the enigmatic leader of the 00 Organization, in the 2006 cyberpunk spy series 009-1. He is also known for voicing Butch, one of the Powerpuff Girls' rivals, in the anime adaptation Demashitaa! Powerpuff Girls Z. Another significant credit is his role as the father, Tatsuo Kusakabe, in the 2010 Mexican redub of the Studio Ghibli classic film My Neighbor Totoro. His filmography also includes voicing Ashitaka in the 2010 redub of Princess Mononoke, as well as roles in long-running series such as Slam Dunk, the 2001 and 2021 versions of Shaman King, and Monster Rancher.

Beyond anime, Bonilla's voice work is extensive. In animation, he is notably the Spanish voice of Dib in Invader Zim and one of the three little pigs (Horst) in the Shrek film series.
