Ema Kogure is a Japanese female voice actress born on October 31, 1976, in Tokyo, Japan. After graduating from Adachi Nishi High School, she trained at the Katsuta Voice Actor Academy and entered a training school affiliated with Mausu Production in 1997. Her career began in 1999, and she made her voice acting debut in the anime series Anpanman.

Kogure was affiliated with the talent management firm Mausu Production from 1999 until March 2010. Following a brief period as a freelance artist, she joined TAB Production in July 2010, but left in July 2011 to become freelance once again.

Throughout her career, Kogure has portrayed a wide variety of characters across television anime, OVAs, and video games. She is known for her role as Jane Buxton in the 2002 television anime Secret of Cerulean Sand (also known as Patapata Hikōsen no Bōken), which was her first starring role. Other notable television anime roles include Ringo in Hanaukyo Maid-tai, Caren in Mermaid Melody: Pichi Pichi Pitch, the female version of Naruto Uzumaki (Naruko) in Naruto, Ryo-Ohki in Sasami: Magical Girls Club, and both Akari Himuro and Anzelotte in Night Wizard The Animation. In the OVA format, she is recognized for her recurring portrayal of Maryan across multiple titles in the ToHeart2 franchise, including ToHeart2, ToHeart2 adplus, ToHeart2ad, and ToHeart2 Dungeon Travelers. She also voiced the role of Nagisa Sakuraba in the OVA series Wife with Wife and Mika Haruno in Suteki! Sakura Mama.

Kogure has also contributed theme songs and insert songs for several of the series in which she performed, including Hanaukyo Maid-tai, Mermaid Melody: Pichi Pichi Pitch, and ToHeart2 adplus.
