Seok-pil Choi is a South Korean voice actor, born on April 17, 1974, in South Korea. He began his career in the voice acting industry in the early 2000s, with one of his first known roles being in the 2003 animated film Hammerboy, where he voiced the character General Moonk. The following year, he contributed his voice to the video game Dynasty Warriors 5.

Choi is widely recognized for his extensive work dubbing foreign animation and television series into Korean. He has been particularly active in providing Korean voices for numerous Japanese anime. Among his most prominent roles is that of Takeshi Goda, better known as Gian, in the Korean dubs of the Doraemon franchise, including the first and second anime television series and the 2014 3D CGI film Stand by Me Doraemon. He has also voiced characters in a vast array of other popular Japanese series, including Digimon Frontier, One Piece, Naruto, Bleach, Hunter x Hunter, and School Rumble. His work extends to American animations as well, where he has voiced Mojo Jojo in The Powerpuff Girls and taken on roles in films such as The Cat Returns and the How to Train Your Dragon series.
