Emmanuel Fouquet is a French voice actor and dubbing director primarily known for his work on the French-language adaptations of numerous anime series and films. His career encompasses a wide range of voice roles as well as significant responsibilities in dubbing direction and script adaptation.

As a voice actor, Fouquet has lent his voice to a diverse array of characters across many popular anime. He is notably recognized for his portrayal of Joji Saiga in the Psycho-Pass franchise, a role he has performed across the television series, its second season, and the subsequent feature film.
