Hisafumi Oda is a Japanese voice actor born on March 2, 1981, in Hiroshima Prefecture. He is affiliated with the talent management firm ARTSVISION. A graduate of the Japan Institute of Technology, Oda began his professional career in 2003. He was originally a member of KeKKe Corporation until the end of 2006, worked as a freelancer, and then joined ARTSVISION in April 2007. His native dialect is the Hiroshima dialect.

Oda is known for a range of prominent voice roles in anime and video games. He has had a longstanding association with the Danbōru Senki (Little Battlers eXperience) franchise, voicing the character Jin Kaidō across multiple series including Danbōru Senki, Danbōru Senki W, and Danbōru Senki Wars. In Danbōru Senki Wars, he also provided the voice for Kōta Asahina. Another significant early role was as Kazuya Shiranami in the Galaxy Angel II series. He also voiced Yūma Asuka in Onmyō Taisenki and Vino Dupre in Mobile Suit Gundam SEED DESTINY. In the game world, he is recognized for voicing Pannacotta Fugo in the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure game adaptations, such as All Star Battle and Eyes of Heaven.
