Narumi Tsunoda, born on March 14, 1962, in Tokyo, is a Japanese voice actress. She is a graduate of the Tokyo Announcement College and the Theatre Echo附属养成所. Throughout her career, she has been affiliated with several talent agencies, starting with ARTSVISION until 1998, then moving to Mausu Promotion until June 2007, after which she joined her current agency, Honey Rush.

Tsunoda has built a substantial career across anime, original video animations (OVAs), and video games since the 1990s. Among her most recognized television anime roles are Taiki Kou / Sailor Star Maker in Sailor Moon Sailor Stars and the recurring character Urima Kuriyo in Crayon Shin-chan. She also voiced Toshie Takayama in the television anime adaptation of Tayutama -Kiss on my Deity-. Her film work includes a role in the 2024 movie Eiga Crayon Shin-chan: Ora-tachi no Kyōryū Nikki.

Her career also features a significant number of roles in OVAs, particularly from the 1990s and early 2000s. These include Hanako Shishoku in Oh! My Konbu, Ryoko Futaba in both Welcome to Pia Carrot 2 and Welcome to Pia Carrot!! 2 DX, and multiple characters across the various iterations of the Cream Lemon franchise. In Shinseki Cream Lemon and Cream Lemon, she voiced Naomi Hayakawa; in Shin Cream Lemon, she voiced both Ghost Woman and Reiko; and in Cream Lemon Climax - Ninki Manga-ga Zenshu, she voiced both Mélusine and Natsumi. She also voiced the character Kei in the OVA Slave Sisters.

In the realm of video games, Tsunoda is well-known for her portrayal of Rei Ijuuin in the long-running Tokimeki Memorial series and Natsu Ayuhara in the Rival Schools /正义学园 series. Her other game credits include Ryoko Futaba in Welcome to Pia Carrot!! 2.5, Venat in Final Fantasy XII, and both the Female President and Brunhilde in Tropico 4. Beyond animation and games, her work includes voice acting in the tokusatsu series B-Robo Kabutack as AP717 and in Seijuu Sentai Gingaman as the voice of Medoumedou.

Her performance as Urima Kuriyo in Crayon Shin-chan was highly praised by the manga's original author, Yoshito Usui, who remarked that he never imagined there could be such a perfect fit for the character. Tsunoda's vocal range is listed as F to D.
