Konomi Inagaki is a Japanese voice actress from Niigata Prefecture, born on July 24. She is affiliated with the agency I'm Enterprise. Inagaki's path to voice acting began after she was inspired by the anime K-ON! during her初中 years, which led her to join a band in high school, an experience that helped her become more comfortable performing in front of others. She also had an early interest in drawing and aimed to become a manga artist. Before moving to Tokyo, she studied at a vocational school in Niigata Prefecture for two years while working to save money. She is a graduate of the Japan Narration Actor Institute.

Inagaki made her voice acting debut in 2019. Her first leading role came in 2022 when she was cast as the protagonist Serufu Yua in the original television anime series Do It Yourself!!. Her performance as the cheerful and accident-prone Serufu was featured in the series' opening theme song, "Dokidoki Idea o Yoroshiku!", which she performed alongside her five main co-stars. That same year, she also voiced the character Ange in the fantasy series Black Summoner and Lilique Kadoka Lipati in Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury.

Since her debut, Inagaki has built a diverse portfolio of roles across various genres. In 2023, she voiced Ellie in the science fiction series Synduality: Noir. The following year, she was cast as Mina, the robot wife in the romantic comedy My Wife Has No Emotion. In 2025, her roles have continued to expand, including Idola Avom in the fantasy adventure The Red Ranger Becomes an Adventurer in Another World, Xiaxia in the Tower of God: Workshop Battle arc, and Yoko in the post-apocalyptic touring series Touring After the Apocalypse.

In addition to anime, Inagaki is active in the video game industry. Her notable game roles include Copano Rickey in Uma Musume Pretty Derby and Vexana in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. She is also set to voice characters in major titles such as Rei Nomasa in Blue Archive, Polyxia in Honkai: Star Rail, and Jahoda in Genshin Impact, all slated for 2025. Beyond voice acting, she has been a personality on the radio program risuLOG since January 2023. Her personal interests include illustration, watching movies, and playing the electric organ, an instrument she began learning at the age of three.
