Edna Kalb is a Dutch voice actress and dialogue director known for her extensive work in Dutch-language dubs of animated series and films, including a significant number of anime titles. Born in Amsterdam on October 11, 1959, she graduated from the Kleinkunstacademie in Amsterdam in the 1980s, where she was awarded the Pisuisse Prize upon completing her studies. Her career began in live performance, appearing in various cabaret productions, including with Cabaret Boemerang, often collaborating with her partner, actor Fred Meijer.

Kalb's voice acting career encompasses a wide range of roles in commercials, video games, and animated series. One of the key anime roles identified is Oma in the series Stitch!. She is particularly well-known for her extensive work within the Pokémon franchise, where she has lent her voice to numerous characters across different series and films. Her Pokémon roles include the long-running character Officer Jenny, as well as Johanna, Daisy, Dr. Fennel, and various other characters in series such as Pokémon, Pokémon Advance, Pokémon: Black & White, Pokémon XY, and Pokémon Sun & Moon. She also voiced Juanita in the films Pokémon the Movie: Black - Victini and Reshiram and Pokémon the Movie: White - Victini and Zekrom.

Beyond Pokémon, her anime and animation credits are extensive. She voiced Minako Aino / Sailor Venus in the Dutch dub of Sailor Moon and provided voices for series such as Calimero, Maple Town, and Shaman King, where she played Tao Ginny. In addition to performing, Kalb has frequently worked behind the scenes on Dutch adaptations. She has served as a dialogue director and script adapter for the Pokémon anime, including work on Pokémon: Black & White, Pokémon XY, and the film Pokémon: Zoroark - Master of Illusions. Her career is marked by a recurring professional collaboration with Fred Meijer, with whom she has shared the stage in cabaret and worked alongside in numerous dubbing projects.
