Anita Neukar is an American anime voice actor known primarily for her work with Funimation Entertainment. Anita Neukar is a pseudonym; she is also widely credited under her birth name, Trina Nishimura, as well as the aliases Jennifer McDaniel, Omara Noofay, and Roseanne Palmer. She was born Trina Marie Nishimura on August 8, 1983, in Sacramento, California.

Her path to voice acting began after her family moved from Sacramento to Amarillo, Texas, when she was three years old. She developed an early interest in performance, participating in community theater from the age of nine and continuing to act throughout high school. After graduating from Amarillo High School, she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Texas at Denton. Although she originally planned to attend law school, a friend suggested she audition for Funimation, which launched her career in anime voice acting.

Anita Neukar has portrayed a wide variety of characters across numerous anime series. One of her notable roles is providing the English voice for Aya Iseshima, the protagonist of the martial arts tournament series Master of Martial Hearts. In this series, Aya is a high school student and skilled martial artist who is drawn into a violent, secret competition where the victor's wish will be granted by a mysterious jewel known as the Platonic Heart. Neukar voices the character in the English adaptation produced by Funimation.

Her other major roles, credited as Anita Neukar, include Chacha Akaza in Maken-Ki! Battling Venus and Tsukimi Rito in Absolute Duo. She also provided the English voice for the vampire character Nelly in Dance in the Vampire Bund. In many of these productions, she has worked alongside other prominent Funimation voice actors, such as Ian Sinclair, Alexis Tipton, and Brittney Karbowski, indicating recurring collaborations within the pool of talent employed by the company.

In addition to her work under the Anita Neukar alias, she has achieved significant recognition for her roles credited as Trina Nishimura.
