Park Seongtae is a South Korean voice actor known for his extensive work in dubbing foreign animated series and films for a Korean audience. He began his career in the voice acting industry in 2006 when he joined the voice acting division of On Media, which is now known as Tooniverse. After three years with the company, he transitioned to working as a freelancer in 2009.

His filmography is highlighted by numerous prominent roles in dubbed versions of popular Japanese anime series. He is the voice of Sanji in the Korean dubbing of the long-running series One Piece, a role he performed starting from the third voice actor for the character. He also voiced the character in the second animated film, One Piece: Nejimaki Shima no Bōken. Another significant role is Frank Latoine, the French piano student and anime otaku, in both Nodame Cantabile: Paris and Nodame Cantabile: Finale.

Beyond these, Park Seongtae has lent his voice to a wide array of other anime characters. His credits include William T. Spears in Black Butler, Gin Ichimaru in Bleach, Sagaru Yamazaki in Gintama, and Sai in Naruto Shippūden. He has also voiced characters in Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball GT, Reborn!, and Tsubasa: RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE, among many others. In addition to his anime work, he has performed in Korean dubs of other media, such as providing the voice for Kakeru Shishi in the Power Rangers Jungle Force series and the character Du Yu in the video game Romance of the Three Kingdoms: The Legend of Cao Cao. His career is marked by a consistent presence as a dubbing actor, bringing a range of international characters to life for Korean viewers.
