Lisa Mazzotti, born Elisabetta Mazzotti on 16 July 1949 in Rome, is an Italian voice actress recognized for her extensive work in dubbing anime and animated series for the Italian market. She is affiliated with the Associazione Doppiatori Attori Pubblicitari. Beyond voice acting, Mazzotti has also contributed to the industry as a dubbing director for several productions, including the anime series Il cuore di Cosette and the film Yu-Gi-Oh!: The Movie.

Mazzotti's career encompasses a wide array of roles in anime television series and original video animations. Among her most recognized parts is Naru Osaka, known as Nina in the Italian adaptation, across the Sailor Moon franchise, including Sailor Moon R, S, and SuperS. She also voiced Keiko Kuroha in Super Pig.

Her involvement in the Magical Angel Creamy Mami series is notable, where she provided the voice for Megumi Ayase and her magical counterpart, Duenote Ayase. She reprised the role of Megumi Ayase in the original video animations Creamy Mami: Long Good-Bye and Mahō no Tenshi Creamy Mami: Eien no Once More. Mazzotti's other prominent anime roles include Phantom in Transformers: Super God Masterforce and Transformers: The Headmasters, Lainez in Adventures of Little El Cid, Black Iczel in Iczelion, and Mamma rospa in the World Fairy Tale Series.

Her portfolio extends to a diverse range of other animated works. These include roles such as Tokiko Magami in X, Milly in Arcadia of My Youth: Endless Orbit SSX, Lili in Genesis Climber Mospeada and the corresponding Robotech adaptation, and Mariette in A Little Princess Sara. In addition to her work on Japanese anime, Mazzotti voiced Toot Braunstein in the adult animated series Drawn Together and Linus van Pelt in various Peanuts productions.
