Volker Wolf is a German voice actor known for his extensive work in dubbing anime, films, and video games. Before establishing himself in voice acting, he trained as an actor and spent thirteen years performing in various theatres across Germany.

He has lent his voice to a wide array of characters in anime. In the Trigun franchise, he voiced the outlaw Gasback in the 2011 film Trigun: Badlands Rumble. His roles also include Dr. Brest in the science fiction series Project Blue Earth SOS and Shin in the classic Fist of the North Star movie. For the Street Fighter II: The Animated Movie, he provided the German voice for the character Guile. His other notable anime credits include Tessai Tsukabishi in Bleach and its film adaptation, Bateau in Ghost in the Shell, Kouzou Fuyutsuki in the Neon Genesis Evangelion films, Gorobei Katayama in Samurai 7, Scar's Master in Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, and many others.

Beyond anime, Wolf's voice is widely recognized for his work in other media. He has been the regular German dubbing voice for actors such as Jean-Claude van Damme, Peter Coyote, and Charlie Sheen. He also regularly narrates documentaries for major German television broadcasters and has served as the official station voice for the German channel VOX. His work extends into video games, where he has voiced characters such as Anton Slavik in Command & Conquer: Tiberian Sun and Darth Maul in the video game adaptation of Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace.
