Pierre Peters-Arnolds is a German actor and voice actor, born in Berlin in 1957, who has built an extensive career in dubbing, lending his voice to numerous characters in animated series and films, as well as live-action productions. He is also a dialogue writer and dubbing director, and he founded his own dubbing company, PPA Film, which was responsible for the German versions of many international films and series.

Within the realm of anime, Peters-Arnolds is recognized for several prominent roles. He is the German voice of the seasoned detective Kuraudo Ooishi across multiple installments of the horror mystery series When They Cry, including Higurashi, Kai, Rei, and Gou. He voiced the character Bon Curry in the One Piece franchise, specifically in the special Take Aim! The Pirate Baseball King and the film The Desert Princess and the Pirates: Adventure in Alabasta. He also took on the role of the Autobot leader Optimus Prime in the animated series Transformers: Armada. His other anime voice work includes the title character Goshu in Isao Takahata's film Gauche the Cellist and the role of April in the animated film Sekai Meisaku Dōwa: Mori wa Ikiteiru. In addition to performing, his studio, PPA Film, handled the German dubbing for Transformers: Armada.
