Carlos Becerril is a highly respected and long-standing figure in the world of Mexican dubbing, known for his extensive work in animation and live-action dubbing. His full name is Rafael Carlos Becerril Hernández. Born in Mexico City, he developed an interest in acting from a young age and studied at the Asociación Nacional de Actores under Andrés Soler and later with the renowned Japanese director Seki Sano. He was invited into the dubbing industry by his colleague Claudio Brook as a way to supplement his theater work, a move that led to a prolific career spanning over six decades.

Becerril's voice is widely recognized in numerous anime series and films for the Latin American Spanish market.
