Riccardo Lombardo is an Italian voice actor and voice director, born in Moncalieri, Piedmont, on April 25, 1967. He began his dubbing career in studios in Turin and Milan before eventually basing himself in Rome. In addition to his extensive voice work, he has also been active as a voice director since 2001.

Lombardo is well-known for providing the Italian voices for a vast array of characters in animated series and films, particularly anime. He is the voice of Jean Pierre Polnareff and his Stand, Silver Chariot, in the Italian dubs of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure OVAs. He is also the voice behind both Giganto in the Saint Seiya: The Hades Chapter - Sanctuary series and the character Toro in the same franchise. His roles in the Magic Knight Rayearth series include voicing Windam in the first dubbing and Rayearth in the second dubbing. Furthermore, he provided the voice for Emo in the educational series Seimei no Kagaku Micro Patrol, known in Italian as Siamo fatti così.

Beyond the specific roles mentioned, Lombardo's career encompasses many other notable characters. He is the Italian voice of Nappa and Mr. Satan in the Dragon Ball franchise, including Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball GT, and Dragon Ball Super. He has voiced Optimus Primal in various Transformers series, including Beast Wars, Transformers: Robots in Disguise (2015), and the film Transformers: Rise of the Beasts. His other prominent roles include Dr. Robotnik in Sonic the Hedgehog and Sonic Underground, Venom in Spider-Man Unlimited, Kisame Hoshigaki and Killer Bee in Naruto, and Baxter Stockman in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2003 series). His work also extends to video games, where he has voiced characters such as Viktor Vektor in Cyberpunk 2077, Paulie in Mafia: The City of Lost Heaven, and Shadow the Hedgehog in various titles like Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
