Kazuo Oka was a Japanese voice actor and actor from Saitama Prefecture, born on January 15, 1948. He was active in the industry from the mid-1980s until his passing on April 29, 2021, and was affiliated with the talent management firm Arts Vision throughout his later career.

Oka's career was characterized by a wide range of supporting and guest roles in numerous anime television series, original video animations, and films. He was frequently cast in roles for older, authoritative, or background characters, contributing his voice to many long-running and popular franchises. His early work included roles in the Gundam franchise, such as Raymond Bishop in Mobile Fighter G Gundam. He also had a recurring presence in the long-running series Soreike! Anpanman, Ninja Nonsense, and Crayon Shin-chan. Oka was a frequent contributor to the Detective Conan universe, voicing numerous minor characters and police officers across multiple episodes and a theatrical film.
