Tiffany Terrell is an American voice actress affiliated with Seraphim Digital and Sentai Filmworks, based in Houston, Texas. She was born on October 11, 1980, in Longview, Texas. Her path to voice acting began with a strong foundation in performance, starting as a child actor with Theatre Under the Stars and the Houston Grand Opera. After graduating from Kempner High School in Sugar Land, Texas, in 1999, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Drama from Loyola University New Orleans in 2003. She began her voice acting career in the summer of 2003 with ADV Films. In addition to her voice acting work, Terrell has also worked as a traffic and news reporter for Houston radio stations since the fall of 2003.

Terrell has built an extensive portfolio of voice roles in English dubs of anime series and films. In the series Bodacious Space Pirates, she provided the voices for two characters, Asuda Alhanko and Sasha Staple, and reprised her role as Asuda Alhanko, under the name Asta Alhanko, in the film Bodacious Space Pirates: Abyss of Hyperspace. She is also known for her lead role as Makoto Sawatari in the series Kanon and for voicing Hanzo Hattori in Battle Girls: Time Paradox.

Throughout her career, Terrell has contributed to a wide range of other notable anime series. Her credits include roles such as Kaede Saito in Angelic Layer, Tuile in Gravion and Gravion Zwei, Leila in RahXephon, and Marennes in Noir. In Kokoro Connect, she voiced Anzu Kiriyama. She had a recurring role as Yuko Oshima the 9th in both seasons of AKB0048. She also contributed to the Girls und Panzer franchise, voicing Saemonza in the television series and Kiyomi Sugiyama in Girls und Panzer der Film. Her versatility is further demonstrated by roles such as Kii in Monster Musume: Everyday Life with Monster Girls and various additional voices in numerous productions, including The Wallflower, Monthly Girls' Nozaki-kun, and Little Busters!.
