Ed Paul is the professional alias of American voice actor Edmund Paul Lewis, who is more widely known by the name Ted Lewis. Born on October 18, 1969, he has built an extensive career since the 1990s dubbing anime for studios such as 4Kids Entertainment, Central Park Media, DuArt Film and Video, and NYAV Post.

Paul is best known for his many prominent roles in long-running anime franchises. He is particularly recognized in the Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise, where he has voiced several characters, including Ryo Bakura and Yami Bakura in the original series, Chumley Huffington in Yu-Gi-Oh! GX, and most notably Jack Atlas in Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's and Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V. He reprised the role of Jack Atlas for the film Yu-Gi-Oh! 3D: Bonds Beyond Time. In the Pokémon anime, his work is extensive. He was the original voice of James for the first several episodes, but is best known for his long-standing roles as the villainous Team Rocket leader Giovanni and the traveling companion Tracey Sketchit. He also voiced numerous other characters, including the White Snorlax in the short Pocket Monsters: Pikachu no Fuyuyasumi 2001. Beyond these major franchises, his filmography is diverse. He voiced Papamametchi in Tamagotchi the Movie, Koukin Shuuyu in Ikki Tousen: Dragon Destiny, Manabu Kuchiki in Genshiken, the title character in the Madara OVA, King Dedede in Kirby: Right Back at Ya!, and Shu Matsutani in Now and Then, Here and There.

Throughout his career, Paul has maintained recurring collaborations with several voice actors and studios. He frequently worked alongside fellow New York-based voice actors such as Veronica Taylor, Rachael Lillis, Eric Stuart, and Marc Thompson on numerous 4Kids and NYAV Post productions. In addition to acting, he also contributed to the industry as a voice director and script adaptation writer, working on shows like Pokémon, Kirby: Right Back at Ya!, and Sonic X.

For his work, Paul has received industry recognition. In 2018, he won two Behind the Voice Actors Awards for Best Vocal Ensemble in an Anime Feature Film/Special for his role in Yu-Gi-Oh!: The Dark Side of Dimensions, with one award being the People's Choice.
