Tosawi Piovani is an Italian voice actress, born Tosawi Narhon Joia Piovani Zoia in Milan on May 10, 1977. She began her career in voice work at the age of nine, initially dubbing commercials before expanding into more substantial roles in television series and animation. She was active in the dubbing industry, primarily based in Milan, until her retirement in 2009.

Piovani was frequently cast to voice young, cute female characters in anime series during the 2000s. Her extensive filmography includes numerous prominent roles in Italian-dubbed versions of popular anime. She is known for being the first Italian voice of Ai Haibara in the series Detective Conan for over two hundred episodes, and the first voice of Dawn in the Pokémon anime series, specifically in the Diamond and Pearl seasons. Her work in the Pokémon franchise also included the roles of Lucinda, Casey, and Marina. Other significant anime roles include Mao and Hilary in Beyblade, Moegi in Naruto, Tsubasa in His and Her Circumstances, and Rein in Fushigiboshi no Futago Hime. She also voiced the title character Coo in the film Summer Days with Coo and Yuri Hayakawa in The Girl Who Leapt Through Time. Her versatility extended to voicing characters in Western animation dubbed into Italian, such as Sari Sumdac in Transformers: Animated, Taranee Cook in W.I.T.C.H., and Penelope in Angelina Ballerina.

Beyond animation, Piovani was active in dubbing for live-action television and video games. She was the Italian voice for Megan Parker in Drake & Josh and Addie Singer in Unfabulous. In video games, she is notable for providing the voice of Hermione Granger in the Italian localizations of several Harry Potter video games, including Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, and Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. Her other video game work includes roles in Dreamfall: The Longest Journey and Fable II. Piovani also had experience in theatre and radio drama, particularly with the Swiss Italian broadcaster RSI in the mid-2000s. Her career came to an end in 2009 when she retired from voice acting for undisclosed reasons, leading to her characters in long-running series like Detective Conan and Pokémon being recast with new voice actresses.
