Peio Artetxe, also known as Pello Artetxe, is a Basque voice actor and dubbing director who works in both the Spanish and Basque languages. He is primarily known for his work in anime and animated film dubbing.

One of his most prominent and recognized roles is providing the Spanish voice for Kaede Rukawa, a key character from the classic basketball anime and manga series Slam Dunk. He reprised this role years later for the 2023 animated film The First Slam Dunk.

In addition to his iconic role in Slam Dunk, Artetxe has voiced characters in other major anime series. He is the Spanish voice for the villain Freezer in the film Dragon Ball Super: Broly and for the protagonist Kankichi Ryotsu in the long-running comedy series Kochira Katsushika-ku Kamearikouen-mae Hashutsujo, often shortened to Kochikame. His filmography also includes voice work in other animated productions such as Supertramps, where he voiced the character Tano, as well as roles in Cristóbal Molón, Otto, el rinoceronte, and El ladrón de sueños.

Beyond acting, Artetxe has also worked as a dubbing director, notably for his studio REC Grabaketa Estudioa on projects like the film Somers Town and the series La sangre y la rosa.
