Jorge Bringas is a Venezuelan voice actor, translator, and audio director known for his work in Latin American Spanish dubbing. Born on September 21, 1988, in Caracas, he initially pursued a degree in Plastic Arts before his childhood interest in voice acting led him to the profession. He entered the dubbing industry in 2008 after completing a workshop at Dubbing Lab Studios in Caracas. His early career required balancing dubbing work with other jobs, as financial constraints often prevented actors from working full-time in the medium, a challenge he has openly discussed in interviews.

Bringas is recognized for a wide range of roles in both anime and animated series. In anime, he is known as the voice of Hunter in the series Spider Riders and as Shu in Blue Dragon. He also provided the voice for Tim Drake, also known as Red Robin, in the anime film Batman Ninja and in the series Young Justice. His other anime credits include voices in Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood and Bokurano.

Beyond anime, Bringas has performed in numerous other animated productions.
