Louis Chirillo is an American voice actor recognized for his work in anime dubs and animated series from the early 2000s through the 2010s. He was born in Seattle, Washington, on March 20, 1961. His career in animation included a significant number of voice roles for English-language adaptations of Japanese anime, often recorded in Vancouver, Canada.

Chirillo's voice work in anime spanned a variety of genres. He provided the voice for Reishin Hong in the historical drama The Story of Saiunkoku. In the action-oriented series Transformers: Cybertron, he voiced the Decepticon scout Ransack. He also took on the role of the bumbling magician Shaman in the animated series Pucca. Another notable credit is Professor Utonium Kitazawa in the anime adaptation Demashitaa! Powerpuff Girls Z. His other anime roles included Keefe in Zoids: Fuzors, Chin in Black Lagoon, Kuhn in.hack//Roots, and Hitoshi Demegawa in Death Note.

Beyond anime, Chirillo was widely known for voicing the character Dukey in the first four seasons of the animated series Johnny Test. He also voiced the Living Laser in Iron Man: Armored Adventures and Ken Kelly in the Canadian series Being Ian. In addition to his voice work, he made occasional live-action appearances in television series such as Stargate SG-1 and The 4400, and had a small role as a TV producer in the 2009 film Watchmen.

In 2008, Chirillo relocated to Salvador, Brazil, which marked a significant transition in his professional life. He founded Chirillo Productions, a company focused on providing voice-over services, directing, and recording English-dubbed content for Brazilian markets. This move effectively ended his regular voice-acting work in North American productions, with his last credited voice roles appearing around 2014. He is fluent in Portuguese, which facilitated his work and life in Brazil.
