Rafael Quelle is a Brazilian voice actor and dubbing director known for his extensive work in the Portuguese-language versions of anime and animated series. Born Rafael das Neves Quelle in Santos, Brazil, he resides in Campinas, São Paulo. His artistic career began in his teenage years with studies in acting and music, which he furthered by pursuing a bachelor's degree in performing arts at the Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP). During this time, he developed a focused research interest in voice acting, drawing on the vocal techniques of practitioners like Kristin Linklater and Cicely Berry, with the works of William Shakespeare serving as a foundation for his studies.

Quelle entered the professional dubbing market in 2013 and expanded his role in the industry by becoming a dubbing director in 2015. His work as a director is as prolific as his on-screen voice roles. He has served as an ADR director on several high-profile anime series, including Fate/Apocrypha, Fate/Extra Last Encore, and both seasons of Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon.

As a voice actor, Quelle has built an impressive portfolio of characters across a wide range of series. He is well-recognized for his role as Rigur in the popular franchise That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime, including its spin-off The Slime Diaries. In the gothic mystery series Shadows House, he voices the characters Ricky and Patrick. He also plays the demon slayer Hisui in Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon and its second act. Other notable roles include Kotaro Miyao in Hi Score Girl and Hi Score Girl II, Shuhei Amamiya in Forest of Piano and its second season, Merthophan in Suppose a Kid From the Last Dungeon Boonies Moved to a Starter Town, and Tetsuki Takaoka in Kono Oto Tomare!: Sounds of Life. His film work includes the character Charles Karino in The Princess and the Pilot, and he also appears in the original net animation Lost Song as Henry Leobort. Further expanding his range, Quelle voices Shuu Kurenai across multiple entries in the Beyblade Burst franchise and took on the role of Mattia Ingram in Tiger & Bunny 2.

Beyond these credits, Quelle has contributed his voice to a vast number of other anime, such as Back Arrow, Baki, Children of the Whales, Deca-Dence, DEVILMAN crybaby, and The Rising of The Shield Hero. His work is not limited to Japanese animation; he has also participated in English-language productions, lending his voice to characters in series like Castlevania, Rick & Morty, Infinity Train, and Blade Runner: Black Lotus for the Brazilian market. With a vocal range suited for teen, young adult, and middle-aged characters, Quelle performs primarily in his native Portuguese. In 2022, he further cemented his place in the industry by founding his own localization services company, Som e Fúria Produções.
