Carlos Carrillo was a voice actor known for his work in the Spanish-language dubs of various anime series, primarily during the 1990s and early 2000s. Born Carlos Carrillo Núñez in Lima, Peru, on April 25, 1969, he was based in Los Angeles, California, for much of his career. His contributions to the industry included both voice acting and other roles in dubbing production.

Carrillo's voice acting portfolio encompassed a range of characters in anime dubbed into Spanish. He is recognized for the role of Falco, also known as Fou, in both the B't X television series and its sequel original video animation, B't X Neo. He also provided the voice for the character Gorila in the anime series The Gutsy Frog, known in Spanish as La Rana Valiente. His other notable roles included the protagonist Joe Yabuki in Ashita no Joe 2, the title character in M.D. Geist, Zagato in the Rayearth OVA, and Latis in Magic Knight Rayearth 2. He also had roles in the Spanish dubs of long-running series such as Case Closed, where he voiced Kogoro Mouri under the name Carlos Guzmán, and in Saint Tail and Virtua Fighter.

Beyond acting, Carrillo contributed to the production of these dubs. He served as the dubbing director for an episode of the Saint Tail anime. Furthermore, he performed theme songs for several series, including B't X, Case Closed, Magic Knight Rayearth, Red Baron, Saint Tail, and Virtua Fighter. His performance of the first opening theme for the Latin American dub of Case Closed is a noted part of his legacy. Carlos Carrillo passed away on December 2, 2005.
