Yukitoshi Tokumoto is a Japanese voice actor and stage actor born on September 22, 1977, in Yamaguchi Prefecture, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent agency Kenyu Office, having joined in 2006. His career in voice acting began in 2002, with his debut role being Satoru Yuuki in the anime series Mirmo Zibang!. Known for his deep and expressive voice, Tokumoto has built a career characterized by versatility, taking on a wide range of supporting and guest roles across numerous popular anime, video games, and foreign dubs.

Tokumoto's body of work includes a significant number of anime television series, original video animations, and films. Among his varied roles, he provided the voice for Yutaka Zaito in the 2018 fantasy series Dragon Pilot: Hisone and Masotan. In the 2015 series Heroes ~Legend of Battle Disks~, he voiced the character Lazor. He also voiced Kawanuma in the 2009 original video animation adaptation of the surreal comedy manga Utsurun Desu. One of his earlier continuing roles was as Setsu Yūki in the Mirmo Zibang! franchise. In the 2008 remake of the classic series Yatterman, Tokumoto voiced multiple characters, including Do-jo, Gyakusa-Kaba, and Haru-Urara-Dokuro. He also took on the leading role of Enma in the 2006 horror OVA series Demon Prince Enma.
