Luis Miguel Perez Ruiz is a Venezuelan singer and voice actor born in Caracas, Venezuela, who began his professional voice acting career in 1997. He is recognized for his extensive work dubbing characters in animated series, anime, and live-action television for Latin American audiences.

Perez is known for his versatility and has voiced a wide array of iconic characters. In anime, his roles include the robot Metabee in Medarot Damashii (the sequel to Medabots), Dr. Parche in The Super Milk-chan Show, and Charles III in Viewtiful Joe. He is particularly noted for portraying the character Optimus Prime across three interconnected anime series: Transformers: Armada, Transformers: Energon, and Transformers: Cybertron. His other notable anime credits include Paul Wan in GetBackers, Heymans Breda in both Fullmetal Alchemist and Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Arthur Hellsing in Hellsing, and Kiritsugu Emiya in Fate/stay night.

Beyond anime, Perez's voice acting work in Western animation is extensive.
