Riko Sayama is a Japanese voice actress and singer from Tokyo, born on February 28, 1975. She is affiliated with the talent agency KeKKe Corporation and is known for her work in anime, original video animations, and video games from the 1990s onwards.

Sayama began her career in the 1990s. In 2004, she was involved in a serious traffic accident that resulted in multiple fractures and required a period of hospitalization and rehabilitation. The incident caused her to temporarily withdraw from her role in the production Comic Party Revolution, though she was able to return to voice acting later that year. After her recovery, she continued her career and also remained active in theatre.

One of Sayama's most prominent and recurring roles is Mizuho Yuuki, a character from the Elf-ban Kakyūsei franchise. She voiced this character across various adaptations, including the 1998 OVA Elf-ban Kakyūsei: Just Titillate You..., the 1999 television anime Kakyūsei, and the Sega Saturn video game Kakyūsei. Mizuho Yuuki is often cited as a signature role for her.

Another significant and long-running role for Sayama is Mizuki Takase in the Comic Party franchise. She voiced this character in the 2001 television anime, its 2003 specials, and the 2005 series Comic Party Revolution, for which she also performed theme songs. This role represents a key recurring collaboration, as she worked on multiple installments of the series.

In addition to her work in these franchises, Sayama's career includes a wide range of roles across different media. In video games, she is known for voicing Honda Asuka in the Asuka 120% fighting game series and Diana El Saquried in the game Eternal Fantasy.
